Infant Product Recall

We recently became aware of a safety concern and are issuing a recall of the Patagonia Infant Capilene® Midweight Set, style number 60910.

This style was sold between August 1, 2021, and January 12, 2023. It includes a knitted bodysuit with snaps at the crotch and left shoulder, and matching pants.

Unfortunately, there was a single incident of a snap detaching from the bodysuit at the shoulder and being mouthed by an infant. The baby’s caregiver got the snap away, and the baby was not injured. However, due to the potential choking hazard we are launching a fast-track recall of this style and offering full refunds and free returns of these products.

The pants do not have snaps and present no known hazards. Feel free to keep those, if you prefer, and return only the bodysuit. You will receive a full refund in either case.

We take this matter very seriously. Our quality team is studying the failure, and we are doing our best to make sure an incident of this kind will not happen again.
