This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you and Patagonia and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Patagonia,” “we,” or “us,”) and governs your access to and use of our websites, mobile and other online services, applications, or platforms that link to this Agreement (collectively, the “Sites”), including the features, content, programs, and services we make available through the Sites (collectively with the Sites, the “Services”). By continuing to access and use the Services, you agree that such use is legally sufficient consideration under this Agreement.

IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION THAT INCLUDES AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS. PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY.

We may, from time to time, modify the terms of this Agreement. When we make changes, we will post those changes here. The date of the most recent update is listed at the top of this Agreement. CONTINUED ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICES AFTER CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED AGREEMENT THEN IN EFFECT. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL REVIEW THIS AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY AND THAT YOU SHALL BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY MODIFICATIONS TO IT.
